  1. The non -uniform and reasonable B -sample (NURBS) interpolation of the curve curve surface uses a curve interpolation, rather than a series of short lines to fit the curve. The application of this technology is quite common. The CAM software used by many mold industries provides an option to generate part programs that generate NURBS interpolation formats. At the same time, the powerful CNC also provides a five -axis interpolation function and related features. These properties improve the quality of surface precision processing, improve the stability of the motor operation, improve the cutting speed, and make the parts processing procedures smaller.

2. Smaller units of CNC systems that transmit motion and positioning instructions to the main axis of the machine tools are not less than 1 micrometer. After making full use of the CPU processing capacity to improve this advantage, the minimum instruction unit of some CNC systems can even reach 1 nanometer (0.000001mm). After the instruction unit is reduced by 1,000 times, a higher processing accuracy can be obtained, which can make the motor run more stable. The smooth running of the motor allows some machine tools to run at a higher acceleration under the premise that the bed vibration is not increased.

3. The bell -shaped curve acceleration/deceleration is also called S curve acceleration/deceleration, or crawling control. Compared with the use of straight -line acceleration, this method can make the machine tool better acceleration. Compared with other acceleration methods, it also includes a straight line and index method. The bell -shaped curve method can be used to obtain a smaller positioning error.

4. The technology of monitoring of processing trajectory has been widely used. This technology has many performance differences, so that its working method in the low -end control system is different from the working method in the high -end control system. In general, CNC is to achieve pre -processing of the program through the monitoring of the processing trajectory to ensure that it can obtain better acceleration/deceleration control. According to the performance of different CNCs, the number of program blocks required for machining trajectory monitoring ranges from two to hundreds of, which mainly depends on the shortest processing time of part programs and the time constant of acceleration/deceleration. Generally speaking, in order to meet the processing requirements, at least 15 monitoring procedures for processing trajectory are required.

5. Digital servo control the development of the digital servo system is so rapid that most machine tool manufacturers choose the system as a servo control system for machine tools. After using this system, CNC can control the servo system more timely, and CNC's control of the machine tool has become more accurate.
