Customized stainless steel process for CNC machining

Time:2023-08-25 Preview:

The stainless steel customization process of CNC machining relies on more than ten years of experience in stainless steel customization processing, semiconductor parts processing, medical parts processing, 5-axis parts processing, CNC precision parts processing, precision mechanical processing, and other aspects to provide customers with one-stop solutions for stainless steel customization processing.

What are the factors that affect the surface roughness of stainless steel customized machining parts? Surface roughness determines the quality of the parts, and the better the roughness, the higher the quality of the parts. Objectively speaking, there are three main factors that affect the surface roughness of stainless steel customized machining:

Customized processing of stainless steel

1. Physical factors can cause deformation of metal materials during the cutting process of workpieces, such as blade fillets and extrusion, which can seriously deteriorate surface roughness. When machining plastic materials, chip deposits can also be formed due to the formation of strip cutting, and the hardness is very high. The appearance and performance of chip accumulation tumors are very irregular, so it is very easy to cause knife marks of varying depth and width on the surface of the workpiece. This will inevitably increase the surface roughness of the product.

2. From the perspective of our precision hardware parts processing technology, there are actually many factors that can affect their surface roughness, mainly including factors such as cutting tools, workpiece materials, and CNC machining conditions.

3. Geometric factors are mainly influenced by the shape of the cutting tool, deflection angle, and sub deflection angle, which are all greatly affected by surface roughness.
