1. Impurities

The impurity problem of metal die casting is mainly the composite grains containing aluminum, silicon and a large number of iron, manganese, chromium and other compounds at a certain temperature, as well as some oxides. It can be solved by strictly controlling the composition of aluminum ingots, cleaning the furnace regularly, and making slag regularly.

2. Pore problem

It means that there are holes of different sizes inside or on the surface of the die casting, which will lead to insufficient hardness of the die casting

3. Crack problem

Cracks refer to the narrow cracks formed after the metal die casting substrate is damaged. The cracks are linear or other linear and tend to elongate under the action of external forces. These cracks can be solved by correctly controlling the alloy composition, increasing the cooling water channel, changing the structure and position of the metal die casting, or adding an injector.
