What is the rooting effect of annealing in the middle of precision hardware processing through compression forming

In stamping parts manufacturing plants, stamping parts formed by deep drawing are called deep drawing parts. The forming of deep drawn parts can be divided into extension forming and reduction forming. When a deep drawn part needs to be compressed and formed, if it must be drawn several times before forming, it is necessary to improve the annealing process in the middle. Why is this? What is the root cause of annealing?



The effect of annealing in the middle of several deep drawing processes on stamping parts is to increase the ratio of the load-bearing capacity of the raw material transmission zone to the resistance of the deformation zone. This annealing can reduce the deformation resistance of the raw material throughout the entire deep drawing process. Improve the forming limit working ability of raw materials.




There is a significant difference between this annealing process and the annealing process that focuses on repairing plastic deformation of raw materials. For example, after carrying out a deep drawing process with extreme deep drawing deformation, if the metal stamping process is not annealed, the next low deformation deep drawing process can still be carried out. This is because the bearing capacity of the raw materials has changed, and the deep drawing can still proceed smoothly. After production and processing with extreme reverse edge deformation (i.e. reduced forming), it is unlikely to complete the reverse edge deformation without annealing to improve the plastic deformation. As the plastic deformation of raw materials has already been exhausted, even using a small deformation level is not good.




In hardware stamping parts manufacturing factories, many stamping parts undergo bending processes, but sometimes cracks occur during bending production and processing. What is the reason for this?




The factors causing harmful cracks are various, and there are many key aspects to CNC machining hardware parts:




1. Poor plastic deformation of raw materials for stamping parts.




2. There is a serious deviation in the material thickness specification - it is difficult to feed.




3. The angle of intersection between the bending curve and the direction of the rolled grain on the plate does not meet the requirements. During layout, when single sided V-shaped bending is applied, the bending curve of the hardware precision machining factory should be vertically and evenly divided into the direction of the rolling pattern; When double bending, it is best to have a 45 degree angle between the bending curve and the rolling pattern orientation.
