The thickness direction index is large. The plane direction index of the sector is small. The curvature strength of the material is small proportion to the elastic mold. For the separation process of CNC hardware stamping parts, the material does not require good plasticity, but it should have a certain plasticity. The better the plasticity of the material, the more difficult it is.

5. Specify the processing cost of parts with appropriate manufacturing accuracy and surface roughness. The processing cost of metal stamping parts will increase with the increase of accuracy, especially when the accuracy is high. Therefore, there should be no high accuracy without sufficient basis. Similarly, the surface roughness of the hardware stamping parts should also be proposed according to the actual needs.
