Generally speaking, the debugging and trial operation of vertical machining centers need to follow the following steps:




1. Fill the lubrication points of the vertical machining center with oil according to the instructions, fill the hydraulic oil tank with hydraulic oil that meets the requirements, and connect the air source. CNC machining center machine tool




2. Power on the vertical machining center, and supply power to each component separately or fully power on each component after a power on test. Observe whether each component has an alarm, whether each manual component is normal, and whether each safety device works, so that all links of the machine can be operated and moved. 3. After the initial operation of the grouting and vertical machining center, the geometric accuracy of the machine tool is roughly adjusted, and the relative positions of the main moving parts and the main machine after disassembly and assembly are adjusted. Align the robotic arm, tool magazine, exchange workbench, and position. After these tasks are completed, quick drying cement can be used to fill the anchor bolts of the host and various accessories, and the reserved holes for each anchor bolt can be filled flat.

5. Fine adjust the level of the machine tool to achieve the geometric accuracy of the vertical machining center within the allowable error range. Use multi-point pads to support and level the bed in a free state, ensuring the stability of the bed after adjustment.




6. Use manual control to adjust the position of the robotic arm relative to the spindle, using an adjustment mandrel. When installing the maximum weight tool handle, it is necessary to perform multiple automatic exchanges from the tool magazine to the spindle position, ensuring accuracy and no impact.




7. Move the workbench of the vertical machining center to the exchange position, adjust the relative position of the pallet station and the exchange workbench to achieve stable automatic exchange action of the workbench, and install the maximum load of the workbench for multiple exchanges.




8. Check whether the setting parameters of the numerical control system and PLC device of the programmable controller conform to the specified data in the accompanying data, and then test the implementation of the main operating functions, safety measures, common commands, etc. CNC machining center machine tool
