The advantages of the three:


1. The two guide rails of the liquid static pressure guide are asked to have an oil cavity. After passing the lubricant with a certain pressure, it can form a static oil film, so that the surface of the guide operation is in a pure liquid conflict, no wear, no accuracy persistence, and the accuracy persistence is persistent. good. The conflict coefficient is also very low, which greatly reduces the driver power; the low speed is not illegal, the carrying talent is large, and the rigidity is good; in addition, the oil has a vibration absorption effect and good vibration resistance. The static pressure guide can be divided into liquid static pressure guide rails and gas static pressure rails.

2. Sliding guide rails have the advantages of simple structure, convenient production, good rigidity, and high vibration resistance. Polytrolytic ethylene guide rails and epoxy wear -resistant rail coatings are commonly used in plastic rails. The characteristics of plastic sliding guide are characterized by good conflict characteristics, good abrasion resistance, stable exercise, good vibration reduction, and good process.


3. Rolling rails are to place rolling bodies such as rolling beads, rollers, and rolling needles between the rail surfaces, so that the sliding conflict between the guide rail surfaces becomes a rolling conflict. Compared with the rolling guide rail with the sliding rail, its advantages: high activity, and the coefficients of their motion conflicts and static conflicts are very different. Therefore, the movement is stable, and it is not easy to present when moving low -speed. ; Little conflict resistance, simple movement, small wear, good accuracy, long life. But the rolling guide rail has poor anti -vibration resistance and high protection requirements.


The disadvantages of the three:


1. The disadvantage of static pressure guide is the chaotic structure. There must be a fuel supply system, and the cleanliness of oil is high. The static pressure rail has been used on the machine tool to be increasingly used. The static pressure guide rail of the CNC Tower Chong Puppet can be divided into two categories: open and closed.


2. The disadvantage of the sliding guide is that the static conflict coefficient is large, and the movement conflict coefficient is changed with speed. The conflict loss is large, and the low speed/(1-60mm/min/) is easy to present. Therefore, except for the Economic CNC machine tools, it is no longer selected on other CNC machine tools. Most of the CNC machine tools use plastic guide rails, that is, a plastic thin film soft belt composed of plastic such as plastic and other chemical materials on the surface of the dynamic track.


3. The disadvantage of the rolling guide is that the damping is small and slightly caused by super adjustment or oscillation, low stiffness, difficulty in making, and is more sensitive to dirt and orientation. Rolling guide rails are particularly suitable for the operating parts of the machine tool to move uniformly, exercise activity and high positioning accuracy.
