CNC lathe parts processing process

Automated CNC lathe is a machine tool that uses CNC technology to process parts according to pre programmed actions. It consists of program carriers, input devices, CNC units, servo systems, position feedback systems, and machine tool mechanical components.



Machining parts on CNC lathes usually involves the following processes:




1. 2. Input the program on the program carrier into the CNC unit through the input device;

5. By driving the relative motion between the cutting tool and the workpiece through the mechanical components of the machine tool, the required workpiece is processed;




6. Detect the movement of the CNC lathe and provide feedback to the CNC unit through feedback equipment to reduce machining errors. Of course, there is no detection and feedback system for open-loop CNC lathes.
