When using pad iron, attention should be paid to keeping the pad iron and fixing screws as low as possible, and the pad iron should be placed outside a certain area of the workpiece processing range, To avoid damage caused by the impact of the pad iron on the tool head and tool clamp. When loading and unloading workpieces, it is necessary to handle them gently and minimize the friction and movement of the workpieces on the workbench. It is prohibited to use the edges and corners of multiple workpieces as support points to drag workpieces on the machine tool workbench (this will seriously scratch the machine tool workbench and affect its flatness); It is prohibited to place tools such as sockets, screw wrenches, screws, rubber hammers, oilstones, and files on the machine tool workbench to prevent collision and damage to the machine tool workbench. The operation method of gantry milling: Before starting the machine, first check whether the lubricating oil is appropriate and whether the machine is in normal condition. Then turn on the machine power (turn the knob from "Off" to "ON" when turning on the machine power), and then turn on the control panel power switch to release the emergency stop button.




After starting the machine, first return to the machine zero point and the tool magazine to zero. Before returning to the original point, first check whether the position of the tool relative to the workpiece is safe, and then determine how to return to the original point (the machine tool can return to the zero position according to the order of axes). Select Zero Return (machine tool origin return); Select the Arc Manual position → press' Magazine ZERO Return '. Check the shift handover records, clarify today's tasks and precautions, and check in advance whether the processing program is complete and whether the tools used are complete and intact for each workpiece. Number the tools and write the tool number on the specific tool with a marker pen. Easy to verify. According to the programmer's requirements, prepare the workpiece and fixture, and determine the method of clamping the workpiece (the working bottom surface should be polished with an oilstone).
