"The sound appeared, and the time was fast and slow, and in some cases, the motor could even occur in an overcurrent alarm. The main axis of the CNC machine tools When the encoder feedback is feedback, the speed instruction "S" given by the machine tool given by the CNC processing center follows the number, that is, the value that will be fed back to the system display is consistent. The main axis can be transmitted with a band or a gear transmission. Now most of them are transmitted by synchronous bands in the drive. The speed is abnormal. It may be because the synchronous installation is too long, so the sliding step is thrown. At the same time, the connection between the main axis and the main axis encoder is also synchronized, and there may also be a possibility of throwing in this link. The main axis of the main axis or the fever of the spindle of the main axis lead to the excessive resistance of the machine tool and make the spindle rotate unsatisfactory. The external signal intervention will also cause this phenomenon.

Second, CNC processing center survey.


The processing center is running in the air, and only takes one direction or changes when the main axis is low. The spindle speed is not obvious. More obvious.


Third, analyze the cause


1. Send the signal of the main axis servo amplifier (inverter) from the CNC processing center system to dry during the transmission process.


2. The circuit voltage is unstable


3. Synchronization or wear to the main axis of the motion of the spindle causes sliding


4. Connect the spindle and the main axis encoder synchronize with too long or wear.


5. The signal line from the encoder to the servo amplifier or the system is dry outside the signal.


6. Two sets of bearings of the main axis of the support are burning and bad
