1. Before mechanical operation, check if lubricating oil has been added to the moving parts, then start and check if the clutch and brake are normal. Operate the machine tool idle for 1-3 minutes, and stop operating if there are any mechanical problems.

2. Adhere to the correct posture during homework, and have enough spirit to handle it. If you find any physical discomfort, leave the job immediately and report it to the leader. It is necessary to gather ideas during operation, stop chatting, and cooperate with each other. Operators should not operate in a state of irritability or fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. Before entering the job position, all employees should check whether their clothing meets the requirements of the job. It is prohibited to wear slippers, high heels, and clothing that affects safety. Those with long hair should wear a safety helmet.

3. When replacing the mold, first turn off the power supply, and only after the moving part of the punch machine stops working can the installation and debugging of the mold begin. After the device adjustment is completed, manually move the flywheel to test punch twice, check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are consolidated, and whether the edge pressing ring is in a reasonable position.

4. It is necessary to wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical operation area and remove any debris from the workbench before turning on the power to start the machinery.

5. During mechanical operations, it is prohibited to reach into the slider operation area and to use hands to pick up or place workpieces. It is necessary to use tools that meet standards when taking and placing workpieces in the stamping die. If abnormal mechanical noise or machine malfunction is found, the power switch should be immediately closed for inspection. After the machine is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. Other people are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, nor are they allowed to put their hands into the machine operation area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.

6. When leaving work, the idle power should be turned off, and the products, leftovers, and debris on the job should be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
