1. It is difficult to make plans for changes: small quantities of small household appliances are diversified, there are many emergency orders in peak seasons, and the production plan cannot keep up with changes. It is difficult to determine the specific delivery date due to many processing parts, processes and inconsistent processing cycles.

2. Inconsistency between material procurement and inventory: there are many parts and suppliers, and factories often need to purchase from different suppliers.
