Precautions for precision machining factories when processing parts

Time:2023-08-08 Preview:

When precision machining plants process mechanical parts, if the workpiece is too high, multiple blades of different lengths should be separated, opened with a large blade, and then the remaining material should be removed with a small knife. Use a flat bottomed knife to process flat surfaces to shorten processing time; If there is a slope and an integer, use an oblique knife for machining.

At the same time, setting tolerances reasonably, balancing machining accuracy and computer calculation time, multiple processes, and reducing empty tool time; High hardness of the billet, choose reverse milling; The hardness of the blank is low, so choose forward milling. Rough grinding reverse milling, fine grinding processing; The tool material has good toughness and low hardness, suitable for rough machining, but poor toughness and high hardness, suitable for precision machining.

The clamping method for CNC machine tools processing parts in precision machining plants should also be reasonably selected for positioning reference and clamping scheme. For the selection of precision benchmarks, the principle of unified benchmarks and reference references should generally be followed. In addition to the above two principles, it should also be considered to complete all surface processing as much as possible in one positioning clamping. Therefore, we should choose a positioning method that is convenient for processing each side.

When the workpiece is clamped at once, it should be possible to fully process all surfaces of the workpiece. When placing the workpiece on the workbench, it should be considered that each workpiece can be processed simultaneously, and the impact of tool length and stiffness on the processing quality. For fixtures that control machining, it is advisable to choose universal component combinations and adjustable fixtures as much as possible to shorten the production preparation cycle.

When arranging the processing sequence in precision machining factories, the basic principles of first surface, then hole, and first coarse, then fine must be followed. Process according to the central blade to avoid repeated use of the same tool and reduce the number and time of tool changes.

For hole systems with high coaxial requirements, after a single positioning, the hole system is processed, and then other coordinate hole systems are processed to eliminate errors caused by repeated positioning and improve the coaxiality of the hole system. Select appropriate tool points and tool change points, and do not replace them after confirmation.
