For the die casting factory, the good maintenance of the die casting mold is a strong guarantee for the normal and smooth operation of production, is conducive to the stability of product quality, and greatly reduces the intangible production cost, Thus, the production efficiency is improved.

Maintenance procedure

(1) That is to establish a complete use record for each set of die-casting die in the design. This is an important basis for future maintenance. Every time, we should be careful and clear, including the daily production of molds.

(2) Each part of the structural parts of the die-casting die must be recorded in the die detail file, and the accessories, such as plunger, core, etc., must be prepared in advance as required to establish the lowest inventory of perishable spare parts so as not to delay production. Time, manpower, furnace power (or gas), etc. are not small, mainly due to delayed production, and the loss of goods delayed in delivery will be greater!

(3) In order to make records for the die casting mould, permanent marks shall be engraved on the die casting mould itself for easy identification, which will not cause the problem of wrong mould installation.

(4) If the die-casting die with core pulling of cylinder block is used, it should be mounted to the quick change joint as soon as possible, otherwise the oil cylinder will leak every time the die-casting die is disassembled.
