How should I choose stamping oil during the processing of precision hardware?

Time:2023-02-08 Preview:

In order to simplify the process and improve the production efficiency, the oil used in the punching parts requires the effect of oil welding to prevent the defects during the oil welding process. At the same time, skimming is also one of the basic performance requirements of stamping parts.

In addition, because the oil is usually applied to the plate before the stamping parts are processing, it should have good maintenance and can be maintained for a period of time. Over time, other characteristics of stamping oil will be reduced.

Silicon steel plates are easy to cut according to the material that need to be stamped. Most materials are required to quickly dry the attached oil film after stamping. At the same time, the burrs of stamping products should be prevented and the service life of the mold is extended. Therefore, the stamping oil for processing high -quality small hardware should have the highest viscosity and short drying time. After the annealing, carbon -free and good rust -proof stamping oil will be generated.

During the stamping process, due to the different materials, the stamping oil used will be different:

Carbon steel: Mainly selects the punch oil with appropriate viscosity according to the difficulty of processing.

Tin -plated steel plate: Pouring oil with chlorine -containing additives to prevent white rust.

Aluminum and aluminum alloys: Pouring oil containing chlorine and sulfur additives must not be used. The pH value is neutral.

Stainless steel plate: easy to produce processing hardening. The oil membrane is required to use high intensity of oil and good anti -sarve properties. It is required to have high viscosity and good cooling performance.

Copper and copper alloys: Do not use sulfur -containing stamping oil. Oil -based and sliding punch oil should be selected.
