1. Pretreatment of hardware powder spraying and painting: degreasing, water washing and pickling for 15-30min (hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid), water washing, neutralization and water washing, surface conditioning and phosphating (skin contact) for 15-30min

Requirements: the metal surface shall be free of rust, the skin shall be dark gray and uniform, the surface shall be free of white ash, and the metal surface shall be baked free of moisture (special attention shall be paid to the absence of drug flow marks at the water hole)

4. The inspection specification depends on the customer requirements and the requirements of the company's quality control department. The main test method is ball drop test


Precautions: The surface shall be free of bumps, scratches, color differences, sagging (flow marks), color pollution, impurities, burrs, uncorrected, and leakage. The surface shall be flat without unevenness. The surface of the base material shall be flat and smooth (if necessary, it can only be operated after polishing), and other requirements specified by the customer (packaging, etc.)
