1. Carbon tool steel

T8A, T10A and other carbon tool steels are widely used in high -quality small hardware processing molds, which have the characteristics of good processing performance and low price;

2. Low -alloy steel

Low -alloy tool steel is based on carbon tool steel and adds appropriate alloy elements. Compared with carbon tool steel, the tendency of quenching deformation and cracking is reduced, the hardening of steel is improved, and the abrasion resistance is better. Low alloy steels used to make stamping molds include CRWMN, 9MN2V, 7CRSIMNMOV (code CH-1), 6CRNISIMNMOV (code GD), etc.

3. High -carbon high chromium tool steel

Commonly used high -carbon and high -chromium tools have CR12, CR12Mov and CR12MO1V1 (code D2). Customized car hardware processing has good quenchtability and abrasion resistance. The heat treatment is very small. It is a high -wear -resistant micro -deformation mold steel, which has only lower than high -speed steel. However, carbides have serious analysis. Repeatedly rough and stretching (axial rough and direct stretching) and forging must be carried out to reduce the unevenness of carbides and improve the performance.
