2. Before the workpiece is installed, measure whether the size of the blank meets the requirements of the drawing. When the workpiece is installed, it must be carefully checked whether the placement is consistent with the programming operation.

3. After the rough processing center of the vertical processing center, self -inspection should be performed in time in order to adjust the data with errors in time. The content of the self -inspection is mainly the position size of the processing site. like:

(1) Whether the workpiece is loose;

(2) Whether the workpiece is correctly divided;

(3) Whether the size of the processing site to the benchmark edge (benchmark point) meets the requirements of the drawing;

(4) The position size of the processing parts. After checking the position size, the shape ruler of the rough processing (except the arc) should be measured.

4. After the rough processing self -inspection, refinement is performed. After precision processing, workers should be inspected by the shape and size of the processing site: detect their basic length and width size on the vertical processing site; the base point size marked on the diagonal processing site measurement drawing is measured.

5. Workers complete the self -inspection of the workpiece, and confirm that the workpieces and the requirements of the drawing and process can remove the workpiece and send the inspector for special inspection.
