2. Faults in the feed transmission chain of CNC drilling machines


Its faults are generally manifested by a decrease in motion quality, such as a decrease in positioning precision, an increase in reverse clearance, crawling of the worktable during feed motion, and excessive bearing noise. This type of fault is usually eliminated by adjusting the pre tension of the motion pair, adjusting the loosening link, and adjusting the compensation link.


3. Fault of automatic tool change device (ATC) on CNC drilling machine


The failure of this device accounts for about 50%, manifested in: movement failure of the tool magazine; Excessive positioning error; The mechanical gripper handle is unstable, and the movement error of the robotic arm is too large, which will cause the tool changing action to get stuck and the entire machine to stop running.

Faults are eliminated by adjusting or replacing components.
