The front and rear bearings are supported by SKF roller bearings, which improves the rigidity and stability of the main shaft and allows for high torque and strong cutting; Sealed and lubricated with high-performance grease, with low temperature rise and low noise. The front end of the spindle is equipped with an air curtain protection device to prevent contamination of the spindle bearings; High spindle accuracy, with a deviation of within 0.008mm at a distance of 300mm from the spindle end;



9. The clamping handle adopts a four petal claw method. The clamping knife is reliable; The imported pneumatic booster cylinder is used for loosening the knife. The booster cylinder has a continuous function of blowing and punching, and can blow again when the knife reaches its peak. While loosening the knife, the spindle cone hole and knife handle are cleaned;




10. A disc type tool magazine with a capacity of 30 knives, controlled by a cam mechanism, achieves tool change through the movement of a robotic arm and column. The tool change is fast, accurate, stable, and reliable, with a tool change time of less than 2 seconds
