How to Maintain CNC Turning and Milling Compound with CNC Computer Tools

Time:2023-11-20 Preview:

1. Fixed point. The first step is to confirm how many maintenance points there are for a CNC lathe with an inclined bed, scientifically analyze the machine equipment, and select the locations where problems are likely to occur. Just keep an eye on these maintenance points and any problems will be discovered in a timely manner.

2. Calibration. For each maintenance point of the boat, it is necessary to establish standards one by one, such as clearance, temperature, pressure, flow rate, tightness, etc., all of which require accurate quantity standards. As long as they do not exceed the standard standards, it is not a problem.

3. Regular. When should the inspection be conducted? The inspection cycle time should be given and confirmed according to the actual situation.

4. Fixed term. Each maintenance point also needs to have clear regulations on which items to inspect.

5. Fixed person. Who will conduct the inspection, whether it is the operator, maintenance personnel, or technical personnel, should follow the inspection location and technical accuracy standards and implement them to the individual.

6. Fixed method. How to check also requires standards, which can be manually observed or measured with instruments, using ordinary equipment or precision instruments.

7. Check. The inspection loop and process should be standardized, whether it is during production or shutdown inspection, whether it is disassembly inspection or non disassembly inspection.

8. Record. The inspection should be carefully recorded and clearly filled out in accordance with the prescribed file format. The inspection data, as well as errors with the standard, judgment impressions, and handling opinions, should be filled in. The inspector should sign and mark the inspection time.

9. Disposal. Timely handle and modify any issues that can be handled or adjusted during inspection, and record the handling results in the disposal record. If there is no ability or condition to handle it, it is necessary to report it to the relevant departments in a timely manner and handle it according to the schedule. But anyone who disposes of it at any time needs to fill out a disposal record.
