1. Use the simulation display function of CNC machining center


Usually, more advanced CNC machining centers have a graphic display function. When inputting a program, the graphic simulation display function can be called to observe the running path of the tool in detail and check whether there will be collisions between the tool and the parts or fixtures;

2. Use the locking function of CNC machining center


By using the locking function of the CNC machining center, the Z-axis is locked during program input, and collision is determined based on the Z-axis coordinate value. When using this function, the tool change operation should be avoided, otherwise the program cannot pass;


3. Use the empty operation function of CNC machining center


The idle running function of the CNC machining center can be used to check the accuracy of the tool path. When the program is running on the CNC machining center, the tool or part can be installed, cleared, and the action button pressed. At this time, the axis does not rotate, and the automatic operation is tracked according to the planned worksheet. If there is a possibility of contact with the part or fixture, the tool can be found at this time, but in this case, it must be ensured that the tool cannot be installed when there are parts, Tool installation parts cannot be installed, otherwise collision may occur;


4. Improve programming skills
