The inspection method can be used to replace the method: plug off the corresponding air plugs corresponding to the non -moving shaft on the driver corresponding to other dynamic shafts.

2. If the axis does not move normal after the exchange, it can indicate that the driving block corresponding to the axis has been damaged, and the driver block needs to be replaced. If it is not a shaft, it means that the cable or motor fails to replace the cable or motor. None of the three axes can be moved. At this time, check whether the three -axis aviation plug has been connected to the control box and whether the control box power has been opened. Whether the data cable is connected to the control card with the control box and the computer host. If the above are normal, please follow the factory.

3. The main axis cannot run normally. First check the error code displayed by the inverter LED display (see the wrong code item of the inverter instructions). Common faults and processing of spindle motors are as follows:

① Whether the motor is hot to check whether the water pump works is normal;

② Check whether the motor cable is short -circuited if the motor cable is missing;

③ Whether the motor sound abnormal motor is overloaded and runs internal faults of the motor (please be with manufacturers);

④ The motor reversal check whether the motor cable is missing and the output UVW ends are replaced with both ends.
