2 Longmen

Longmen consists of one beam and two columns. It is divided into three types: beams fixed, beams lock in segmented locks, and arbitrarily lifts and lifts on beams.

3 sliding pillow

Sliding pillows can be divided into two types: open and closed. The open pillow of the open structure is clamped on the main shaft box through the pressure plate, and the cross -sectional area of the sliding pillow is large; the sliding pillow of the closed structure is clamped in the main shaft box, and the cross -sectional area of the sliding pillow is small.

4 knife library

The basic types of the blade include three types: turning tower, wheel drum type and chain -long.

5 Annex head library

The processing of large -scale complex parts usually requires a lot of accessories. The attachment header is specially designed according to the processing requirements of the workpiece. Generally, it is divided into right -angle heads, extended heads, special angle heads, and universal heads.

6 CNC system

The CNC systems generally use the 31I series of Sinumerik840c and 840D or Japanese Fanuc of Germany. The CNC shafts are controlled by full -loop.

7 precision

The accuracy of the machine tool refers to the original accuracy of the machine tool under the condition that is not loaded. The accuracy is usually represented by the deviation (referred to as an error) between its reverse side -the ideal state (referred to as an error). The smaller the error, the higher the accuracy.
