2. Power requirements
The general processing center is installed in the machine processing workshop, which not only has a large environmental temperature change, poor use conditions, but also a large number of electromechanical equipment, resulting in a large fluctuation of the power grid. Therefore, the position of the installation and processing center needs to be strictly controlled. The power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal work of the CNC system of the processing center.
Third, temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of the CNC processing center is less than 30 shot, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to a decrease in the life of the control system and the increase in failure. 4. Use the processing center in accordance with the provisions of the instructions
When using the processing center, users do not allow the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these processing center parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the components of the processing center. Only the gap compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
