1. The location environment requirements of the processing center

The location of the processing center should be far away from the source of the vibration, and the effects of direct irradiation and thermal radiation of the sun should be avoided, and the effects of humidity and airflow should be avoided. If there is a source near the CNC machine tool, the processed center should be set up around the processing center. Otherwise, it will directly affect the processing accuracy and stability of the CNC machine tools, which will make the electronic components in poor contact, failure, and affect the reliability of the processing center.

2. Power requirements

The general processing center is installed in the machine processing workshop, which not only has a large environmental temperature change, poor use conditions, but also a large number of electromechanical equipment, resulting in a large fluctuation of the power grid. Therefore, the position of the installation and processing center needs to be strictly controlled. The power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal work of the CNC system of the processing center.

Third, temperature conditions

The ambient temperature of the CNC processing center is less than 30 shot, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, the inside of the CNC electronics box is equipped with row or cold fans to keep the electronic component, especially the central processor's working temperature is constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to a decrease in the life of the control system and the increase in failure. Increased temperature and humidity, the increase in dust will be bonded on the integrated circuit board and leads to short circuit.

4. Use the processing center in accordance with the provisions of the instructions

When using the processing center, users do not allow the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these processing center parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the components of the processing center. Only the gap compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
