Start up debugging of CNC machining center machine tools for large-scale drilling iron drilling and tapping centers

Time:2023-12-14 Preview:

CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers are high-tech electromechanical integrated equipment, and it is crucial to start and debug them in the correct way. This largely determines whether CNC machine tools can achieve normal economic benefits and their own service life.

Before starting up the CNC machining center: check the peripheral environment of the machine tool, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as water ingress in the electrical box, and whether the oil has deteriorated.

Step by step startup: Before starting the CNC machining center, the power supply voltage of the machine tool must be checked. The power switch of the machine tool can only be turned on after the main power switch is turned on for about 10 minutes and the voltage is stable. Then, turn on other power switches in the electrical box to check if the voltage is out of phase or too low. If there are no abnormalities, turn on the machine tool power and observe for any abnormalities and air leaks. When there is no alarm during startup, do not perform any action and allow the electrical components to be powered on for 30 minutes.

Slow movement: Check for interference, use the handwheel to move the machine tool throughout the entire process, and pay attention to any abnormalities before performing the origin regression step.

CNC machining center machine tool running in: automatically runs the machine tool at a slow speed for a long time and rotates the spindle at a low speed.

Inspection items for CNC machining center:

1. Disassemble the internal protection of the CNC machining center, manually or automatically apply oil, and check whether the oil outlet is normal.

2. Check the air circuit of the CNC machining center and whether each air outlet is normal

3. Whether the electrical components of the CNC machining center are running normally

4. Check if the oil quality has deteriorated or is clean

5. Run each axis slowly first to check for any abnormal noises and ensure normal operation. Then run it quickly to see if it runs normally.
