What is the processing technology for aluminum alloy shells?

Time:2023-06-13 Preview:

1. Internal high-pressure forming is a new forming technology that has only emerged in recent years and is the forefront of research at home and abroad. According to its structural characteristics, various connectors can be formed using a single internal high-pressure forming or general extrusion forming method. Then it is calibrated through internal high-pressure forming. By supplementing with internal pressure and axial force, the tube blank is pressed into the mold cavity to form it. Due to its excellent performance and design freedom, high-pressure formed parts within the plate and shell can replace parts welded from multiple parts, thereby avoiding deformation and deformation caused by welding. It has high dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties, and its main advantages are reducing quality and saving materials;

2. Precision die-casting technology. Aluminum alloy frame nodes are mostly cast into shape. Mainly using advanced high-precision die-casting methods such as semi-solid die-casting. There are currently two forming processes for semi solid die-casting technology: rheological forming process and thixotropic forming process. The former involves injecting liquid metal into a specially designed die casting machine cylinder, cooling the cylinder into a semi solid slurry through a shear screw device, and then die-casting. The latter involves feeding solid metal particles or fragments into a screw injection molding machine, heating and shearing them, and converting them into slurry;
