The hard rail machining center can process multiple processes

Time:2023-08-28 Preview:

The guide rail of a typical lathe used to be a hard rail. The hard rail was obtained through heat treatment, grinding, and scraping, resulting in a long production cycle and high difficulty in processing skills. Nowadays, in order to reduce scraping workload, plastic bonding is commonly used. Hard rails have high friction, inertia, and strength, and are now commonly used in economical and heavy-duty CNC machine tools. Line rails are now used on CNC milling machines and multi axis machining centers with low friction, sensitive machine tool response, and small inertia.

Usually fixed to the bed through multiple sets of pressure plates, the device is easy to adjust, but its strength is not as strong as the hard rail, and heavy load processing may present bending. A slide rail is a type of circular guide rail with similar performance to a wire rail. It is generally used for lightweight supports such as spray painting and plasma cutting machines.

The hard rail machining center is an X, Y, and Z three axis servo direct control semi closed loop vertical machining center. The three axes are divided into hard rail and (optional: rolling linear guide rail). The guide rail has large load, wide span, high accuracy, compact and reasonable structure and external dimensions, and the main shaft is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt. It can achieve one-time clamping of various miscellaneous parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc. It can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, hinge, rigid tapping, etc. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties, small and medium-sized batch products, and can be satisfied with the processing of miscellaneous and high-precision parts. Can be equipped with a fourth rotation axis to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
