How to avoid defects in aluminum alloy die casting production

Zinc alloy die-casting has been used more and more in today's life and production. However, due to various reasons, the defects of zinc alloy die-casting parts are now inevitable. What are the reasons for the defects of zinc alloy? How to deal with it? There are many reasons for the defects of zinc alloy die-casting, mainly due to the filling gas, improper gate position selection and guide shape, improper runner shape design, excessive gate speed, poor exhaust, and too deep mold cavity position. Too much coating, not burned out before filling, unclean charge, excessive machining allowance. According to these reasons, we can choose the gate position and diversion shape that are conducive to the gas discharge in the cavity. The cross-section of the gate should be as large as the cross-sectional area of the inner gate, increase the thickness of the inner gate, and finally set the overflow groove and The exhaust duct fills part of the cavity, and an exhaust plug is set at the deep cavity. The exhaust volume and paint volume are increased by splicing, and the charge with a small amount of gas escape must be clean and dry. Strictly follow the smelting process, adjust the injection speed, adjust the transition point between the slow injection speed and the fast injection speed, reduce the pouring temperature, and increase the specific pressure.
