The purpose of CNC highlight machine tool alignment is to determine the spatial position relationship between the workpiece coordinate system and the machine coordinate system through the tool or tool alignment tool, and input CNC highlight machine tool alignment data to the corresponding storage location. It is an important operation in CNC machining, and its accuracy will directly affect the machining accuracy of the parts. The knife alignment operation is divided into X, Y and Z knife alignment.

1. Start the machine and return to the mechanical origin;

2. Move the blade manually to the origin position you want to move;

3. After determining the position, adjust the workpiece coordinates in all three directions of XYZ to 0

Then the first time the knife is aligned, this is the CNC highlight machine operation method with a tool alignment instrument. If there is no tool alignment instrument, the knife must be manually aligned every time.
